About this app

The SDB Agents app is the official app designed for authorized SDB agents and offices to easily and securely manage their daily operations with the company.

Through the app, agents can:

• View account statements: See remaining balances and transactions (due amounts and deductions) in multiple currencies, grouped by day.

• Reconcile daily: Get a clear daily summary of deposits, withdrawals, and net transactions.

• Send international money transfer requests and track their status.

• Create payment links and share them with clients.

• Manage the agent wallet.

• Download and share account statements as PDFs.

• Receive instant notifications of the latest updates and transactions.

• Enhanced security via fingerprint or facial recognition.

Note: This app is for authorized agents only. Login credentials are provided by SDB, and the app does not allow the creation of new accounts.
