Well, I've tried everything to get my account to do all the things they say is sooo easy. Here's my review I'm not a happy camper. They never get back to you for your concerns, lots of errors saying can't connect, low pressure, or the person sending the asset to my account is not the authorized to send the asset, I can not do claimables, etc. There is many problems that I'm ready to leave and forget about my account.

Terrible wallet, lost all my money! They updated the wallet and now it's making me connect wallet. I have my seed phrase and my password but that's not enough apparently... I was never told to write down my wallet address!? Like what?? The only wallet that has this. Support is no help, don't bother with this wallet. Use another user friendly wallet!

I have made every attempt to make my account perform all the tasks they claim are quite simple. This is my assessment. I'm not content at camp. Your issues are never addressed by them; numerous errors are returned with the message "can't connect," "low pressure," "the person sending the asset to my account is not the authorized to send the asset," "I can't do claimables," etc. I'm ready to delete my account and walk away from a lot of these issues.
