The application uses session authentication and validation to protect user access. Balance, limit, status, and transaction results information are obtained from the school system to maintain data consistency.

Each canteen transaction uses a unique request ID to help prevent duplicate transactions. If a connection issue occurs, the app will recheck the transaction status before the user can try again.

The Creative Elementary School Digital Wallet requires an internet connection and can only be used by parents and canteen staff who have a registered account.
