Challa is a horizontal desk clock app that displays Buddhist scripture verses along with a background.

Place your tablet or smartphone on a stand and use it like a clock in a Buddhist temple.

• Automatically displays verses from the Dhammapada at regular intervals

• Switches between Lunar and Solar dates, and between Buddhist Era and Gregorian calendar years

• Displays holidays such as the New Moon Day, Full Moon Day, Avalokitesvara Day, and Ksitigarbha Day

• D-day countdown for major Buddhist festivals such as Buddha's Birthday and Enlightenment Day

• Automatic background switching between daytime (06:00–18:00) and nighttime (18:00–06:00)

• Always-on screen + Anti-burn-in Pixel Shift

• Scripture detail screen: 2-column layout featuring original Classical Chinese text, Korean translation, and commentary
