I downloaded my phone is running everything while my phone is on a pattern lock. I cant contact Knox to tell them the issues because they say its not a security issue when your Wallet is still open, you can receive call, phone notifications there but unreadable. Knox, we have a huge problem and ypur CS team dont see to think so. Who do I hold responsible for this happening (including loss) and I didnt even change my pattern lock or cant access biometrics!

Worst app i have ever used.. previously it was on auto updating mode and used to update often frequently.. but now it is stuck during configuration process. I am unable to use my phone as it is continuously showing error.. faded up with it.. i downloaded remote configuration setting.. but now switch button is not working.. I can't switch to another app during phone use .. hide button is disappeared .. i want to give it negative rating.. but 1 star is minimum.. so i am giving it..

Could someone please explain the Knox security policy and its implications? I purchased your phone with the expectation of being able to freely use the home button and app panel. As a customer, I expect you to work for me and not the other way around. It is unacceptable to restrict my usage under the guise of "security", especially if it leads to inconvenience or harm.
