Beware while using Seafood Factory App: I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with the Seafood Factory app that left me feeling cheated and misled. I ordered 3 kg of Nagel fish, expecting a premium product, but what I received was a blatant case of commercial fraud. Out of the seven fishes I ordered, only two were authentic Nagel, while the remaining five were cheap Morgan fishes masquerading as Nagel. I urge potential customers to exercise caution while receiving their orders.

Great quality and good deals but sometimes they are out of what I've ordered. I've either had to cancel or items are dropped from the order. Shrimp ,salmon and filets are excellent.

مفيش اي دعم خدمة عملاء خالص بعد ما تعمل الاوردر و يتدفع بيتقال تاني يوم ان الاورد مش متوفر . شغل ناس بتجرب يعني لا يعتمد عليه - no customer service at all youncant count in the app , somtimes after you make the order and confirmed with email normall the second day to receive a mesaage on whatsapp the ordered items are not available, no reply on email or message.
