I would rate it zero stars if I could. You literally cannot use the app because it will not connect to an Android phone. I have a Samsung S9 snd previously had the S8. The app will not launch. I have done all troubleshooting and have tried after each update. If you can't fix this problem with an update, please remove it from the Google Play Store as it doesn't work on Android.

This is ridiculous!! For the price of this now paper weight, you think it worked at least 70% of the time. All I keep getting is those annoying dots. I've tried with my Galaxy 8, note 9 and my laptop and getting a connection is like winning the LOTTO!! Even when it finally connects, it disconnects after 1 too 2 minutes!! PURE JUNK!

Cannot get galaxy s20+ to connect. Tried multiple times and just the 3 dots. It would be really nice to get my moneys worth out of this device. Its not looking so good right now. This is not the first time the copilot boss has had connection issues to Android devices. I got my galaxy s9+ to connect bit only after a few updates but was inconsistent in making a decent connection to start managing the media. Please help! @seagate @dji @lacie

What's new

Use the all-new Proof Sheets feature to create a professional photo collage. Proof Sheets allows you to add watermarks and text to a collage to protect your copyrighted images. This update also includes important bug fixes for Copilot BOSS. A LaCie Copilot is required to use the Copilot BOSS app. Select Android phones may require additional instructions to connect.
