ColleX is a fair, transparent, and system-based representation platform developed for lawyers in Turkey.

Find available colleagues in seconds for hearings, inspections, seizures, file reviews, and court and off-court procedures you cannot attend. In your free time, take on tasks in your city and participate in professional solidarity.

ColleX makes the classic representation process more organized, traceable, and fair. Tasks are not left solely to the advertiser's preference; a system-based ranking and point system works among the applying lawyers.

HOW IT WORKS?

• Create a posting:
Enter the type of task, the court or institution, date and time information, and necessary explanations.

• Collect applications:
Suitable and available lawyers apply for your task.

• The system assigns fairly:
The advertiser does not decide alone who gets the task. The system automatically selects the lawyer with the lowest score, i.e., the one at the top of the list, from among the applicants. This minimizes human intervention, favoritism, and uncertainty.

FAIR POINT SYSTEM

In ColleX, each type of task has a different point value. For example, tasks such as file review, hearings, or seizures are reflected in the system with different points.

As a lawyer takes on more tasks, their points increase, and the turn passes to other colleagues for a while. This prevents tasks from accumulating among the same person; a more balanced and transparent distribution is ensured.

You can track your points, your rank, and the status of your applications through the live ranking screen.

90-SECOND URGENT TASK SYSTEM

The process is fast for urgent tasks. When you receive an urgent task offer, you can decide to accept or reject it within 90 seconds.

If you don't respond, the offer automatically passes to the next available lawyer. This way, urgent tasks don't wait, and the person posting the request quickly reaches an available colleague.
