About this app

Seamless Video Looper turns a short video clip into a video that loops without a visible jump — the end flows straight back into the beginning. Everything happens on your device: your video is processed entirely on your phone.

HOW IT WORKS

Easy mode: pick a clip, and the app automatically searches the footage for the best loop point — the exact frame pair where the video can repeat cleanly — then generates up to four rendered loop options for you to preview and share. No manual work required.

Advanced mode gives you full control: set the loop point yourself, choose how the loop point is smoothed (Crossfade or a Hard Cut), turn on motion-aware stabilization, and use Key Frames to scan long clips faster. Stabilization does more than fix shaky handheld footage — when supported and enabled it can compensate for camera shift or zoom near the loop point (a slow pan, a walking shot, drone footage, or the subtle drift in AI-generated clips), which is often the difference between an obvious jump and a clean loop. Auto may skip clips where correction would be unnecessary or unreliable. A built-in Hardware Test benchmarks your device so the app can pick the fastest settings it supports.

Renders continue in the background with a progress notification, so you can switch apps or lock your screen while a longer clip finishes.

FEATURES

- Automatic loop-point search — generates up to 4 rendered loop options per clip
- Crossfade or Hard Cut blending at the loop point
- Motion-aware stabilization — when supported and enabled, can align the loop ends on panning, walking, drone, and drifting shots, not just shaky ones
- Optional frame interpolation for smoother blends
- Key Frames coarse scan for faster results on long clips
- Hardware Test to benchmark your device's processing backends
- Background rendering with a progress notification
- Works fully offline — no account required

PRIVACY

Your video file never leaves your device. Loop-point search, blending, stabilization, and rendering are all done locally — your clip is never uploaded, there is no cloud processing, and no account is needed to use the app. The app has no ads and nothing to buy.

The app talks to the network for two things only: feedback you choose to send (your message plus technical details, to help improve the app) and anonymous crash reports so we can fix bugs. Crash reports never include your video. Feedback can include an optional screenshot of the current screen, which may show a video frame — you can turn it off before sending.

Good for turning short clips into wallpaper-style loops, repeating background footage, or clean rendered loops for sharing — without a subscription, an account, or your video going anywhere but your own device.

Made by SciNTech, a small Canadian-based software studio founded by a theoretical physicist — tools rooted in science and feedback loops, no ads and nothing to buy.

What’s new

Fixes in this release:

• Large and 4K renders are less likely to be cut short on devices with limited memory.

• A render that paused while your phone was asleep is no longer reported as a failure.

• The feedback box no longer opens pre-filled with English technical text — just tell us what happened, in your own words.

• Hardware Test now shows checks it deliberately skipped as "Skipped" rather than "Failed".
