Ratings and reviews

I used to like this app but recently its been a complete mess. consistently now, they will tell me my order has been delayed, sometimes for hours at a time, and blame it on the restaurant. when I call said restauraunt, it turns out that there was just no driver assigned and my order had been completed for over an hour! its not uncommon for seamless to also forget my drinks or other items. this is a dumpster fire to put it in terms hopefully they will understand. especially for the service fee.

No option to check out as a guest. I was in a rush to place an order and had to make a new account and verify the email. Then when I thought I was ready to place the order and had entered all my items it just tells me "you don't have enough budget for this order". Nowhere else on that screen does it show where I can put a credit card in or do anything to increase my budget. There's a payment info section, but all that shows is a promo code section. Frustrating and non-intuitive.

Logs me out after every use of the app. Annoying. Asks for a review after each use even though I've already reviewed it. Its a bad app. Somehow it has a monopoly on food delivery even though its buggy with ridiculous fees. That's the review. Now and always Displays lots of restaurants that are either closed or don't deliver to my location. Let's me get thru the order process only to tell me I can't buy from them at the very end. Perhaps if a place isn't available, don't display it as available
