it's essentially an automatic interview scheduler. there's no information on any applicants other than their name and contact info. There's no way to know if the applicant is even remotely qualified or if the automatically set interview is worth conducting. the lack of time and information required to apply and set these interviews has led to a constant string of no-shows, which has cost more than any perceived benefit to utilizing this app. to date, not one scheduled interview has shown up.

Not very happy with the change from Website to app. It won't allow me to view how long ago people applied. The interview section is loaded down with pending apps. When you cancel the "Pending Application" it alerts all applicants that have not received an interview request. It won't allow me to see if I have screened the applicant. On the website, you could tell if you had read through the application or not.

Please please please. Change this app. It won't even let me send messages to applicants pending. I need the phone numbers!!!! For a business this looks like it hasn't changed in 2 years. Please reach out and listen to the reviews to help the businessesout. Working with the team to try and fix just moving slow. Was about to spend $800 a month but I won't now unless something changes.
