一开始还不错，现在越来越垃圾，虽然用的确实是光纤直达中国，但是技术人员连个基本的上传下载数据都设置错！上传比下载都高几倍，人才

第一个月网速还挺快的，第二月网速越来越卡慢是怎么回事??你要知道我放弃了三家(smart.cellcard.metphone)是为了找最好的网速。
