The Learning App is an initiative of the Assam State School Education Board(formerly SEBA) that aims to assist students(Classes 9 & 10 studying in schools affiliated to ASSEB) in learning Spoken English, Science, Social Science and Mathematics in a fun and engaging way.

The complete Software Suite consists of an Android App, a Website and an Admin Panel. The Android App, available via Google PlayStore, will comprehensively teach students to speak English. An Information Panel for teachers will ensure that they get constant updates about their students' performances. An Admin Panel will be used by ASSEB to inspect the performances of students as well as administer regular tests.

TEXT-TO-SPEECH: All the example conversations can be listened to by
the student using the text-to-speech function
PRACTICE TEST: Every conversation will be followed by at least 5
questions which will reinforce learning
LISTEN-SPEAK-REPEAT: Spoken English has to be spoken, and hence the
students can practice speaking through the app as the app listens to
them and corrects them
WORD FOR THE DAY: Learning a word a day will go a long way in
ensuring the diction of the student improves magnificently
QUIZ FOR THE DAY: Daily practice question gives the student an edge to
learn
GAMIFICATION: Interactive app with a weekly Leaderboard which will
give the student incentive to use the app more and more to learn
English, as the student earns more points from doing more lessons,
getting correct answers and learning new words
ADAPTIVE LEARNING: A surefire way to ensure that every student
learns more is to predict the knowledge level of the students and have
an automated system to make them practice accordingly to improve
their skills
COMPREHENSIVE CONTENT: Students only need to spend 10-20mins a
day to learn
UNIFIED SYSTEM: All the features of the Android App can be accessed
on the Website too, so it is not necessary for the students to have a
mobile phone

Ratings and reviews

The user experience is very low quality. There are many grammatical mistakes as well as code errors. Which results in correct answers being marked as incorrect. The voice recognition system is also pretty wacky, and doesn't recognize some words and/or autocorrects them into something else. Lately my audio recognition is not working and I can't speak into it. Hence why I would like the developer team to look into the matter ASAP. Otherwise you will be playing withbl the future of the students.

Hello SEBA! I just wanted to say that it's a great app and I don't know why our school didn't recommend it to us before but anyway it's a fun app. But there's a mini problem. The voice test doesn't really recognise what we say and it takes a lot of time to try to pass the test. Also maybe you could add more bonus missions? It doesn't have much to do and I've already completed my Grammar levels one in 3 days. So kindly please add more Bonus missions and fix the Words recognition tests.

Please , fix the bugs and improve your app . When I want to login it shows "Could not authenticate you please try again later" . And there are no customer care number , only a E-mail . But there are no reply when I mail to them for solving my problem , and there are many problems that people's are facing with your app. So, Please kindly mention what to do now to solve the problem .
