・Communication charges (packet charges) incurred by using this service are the responsibility of the customer.

■ Fees and Risks Related to Investment
DMM Banushi (Racehorse Fund) does not guarantee the principal amount invested by the customer, nor does it guarantee profits.

Depending on the physical condition of the invested racehorse, it may retire without ever competing in a race, and even if it does compete, it may not earn prize money exceeding the initial investment.

There are no management fees for the racehorse fund trading account where your investment is deposited.

This fund is not subject to Article 37-6 (Cancellation in writing) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act; therefore, there is no cooling-off period for this limited partnership agreement, and you cannot terminate this agreement prematurely from its conclusion to its termination.

The investment you pay in a lump sum at the time of purchase will be the racehorse investment (if you are accumulating a fixed amount each month until it reaches the racehorse investment amount, this limited partnership agreement will be concluded and the racehorse investment amount will be paid in a lump sum once that amount reaches the racehorse investment amount). However, if you purchase after the start date of operation, any maintenance costs (including insurance premiums) that have already been incurred will also be paid in a lump sum at the time of purchase. Maintenance costs related to the care and management of the horse will be charged monthly at a fixed rate starting from the start date of operation of the invested horse (insurance premiums vary depending on the horse offered; please check the attached document provided before contract signing). In addition to the investment capital, a monthly membership fee will be charged from the 1st of the month following the investment application date if the investment is made before the start date of operation, or from the month of the investment application date (no pro-rata calculation) until the month of the operation end date if the investment is made after the start date of operation. Please note that there may be an upper limit on the monthly membership fee; please check the attached document provided before contract signing for details regarding the existence of an upper limit.

If you are required to accumulate a fixed amount each month until the total investment capital for the racehorse is reached, and you fail to accumulate two months' worth of payments, or if you are unable to pay the full investment capital by the end of December of the horse's first year, your investment application will be considered cancelled. Furthermore, if the maintenance costs and membership fees incurred after the start of operation remain unpaid for two months, we will acquire your share of the horse free of charge.
