too slow and not easy to access

Pathetic, useless mobile app. First, instructions are vague on how to open a file attachment. To add insult to injury, once you finally figure out yourself what to do the file wouldn't open. For last 40 minutes have been trying to open a pdf file and all I eventually got is a grey screen.

doesn't work, cant open emails I was required to download this to open.
