About this app

The 2ndNumber app for use with 2ndNumber accounts.

Make and receive calls on your 2ndNumber with the convenience of a native Android app. The app runs in the background so you can receive calls at any time (Internet connection required). You can also make calls via the app directly.

SMS send and receive directly within the app - tap the SMS icon at the bottom of the screen to send and receive SMS. Future revisions will include PUSH notifications.

Log in to the app directly using your existing 2ndNumber credentials and you're good to go.

The app is not working, it crashes everytime I open it. I can't get calls or do calls at all. I'm using Android 16, One UI 8.0 and it stop working for the last 3 or 4 weeks, yet they're charging me for the service.

After every few days the app is crashing in a loop and I need to reinstall it. I ported my US number from skype, paid for the porting fee, purchased 600 credits, purchased the monthly plan, but whenever I try to make a call to any US number (yes, with country area code), I get error 408 request time out. I tried 5G(full signal), wifi (fiber, gigabit speed), VPN into US, it won't matter, I can't make any call. The app is poorly designed, backwards UI, the UX is horrible from my perspective.

Contacted support and they replied quickly. Problem solved!
