Second Hand helps thrift stores, resale shops, and nonprofit stores manage incoming goods from intake through final disposition.
Record donations or inventory purchases, organize items, track inventory locations, manage donor information, print labels and receipts, and record items as sold or given out—all from one application.
Key features include:
• Donation and inventory-purchase intake
• Barcode scanning for new merchandise
• Custom labels for items without manufacturer barcodes
• Bluetooth, BLE, network, and Android print-service support
• Separate label and receipt printer configurations
• Donor records and transaction histories
• Inventory categories and optional storage locations
• Sales and giveaway tracking
• Inventory counts and label reprinting
• Basic reports and CSV exports
• Advanced reporting options for premium stores
• Multiple store roles for owners, employees, and reporting users
• Store switching for users assigned to multiple stores
• PDF reports and printable transaction records
• Optional AI-assisted fair-market-value research
Second Hand supports both donation-based and purchase-based intake workflows. Stores can configure whether purchase offers are made immediately or after valuation and whether outgoing inventory is sold or given away.
Some features require compatible hardware, an internet connection, or a premium store subscription. AI-assisted valuations require internet access and should be reviewed by the user before being accepted.
Open testing
Users who opt in to the Second Hand open test receive an ad-free testing experience. Open-test versions may be unstable or contain bugs.
Feedback is optional. Ad-free testing access is provided to open testers regardless of whether they submit feedback, leave a rating, or write a review. A positive rating or positive review is never required.
