there is no customer service, no way to contact them. I paid £99 . they did not upgrade my status. There no way to contact them . no phone number, no email. only inquiry page. message does not go. I had to ask my bank to recover the money I paid them.

Garbage app. Don't bother with it. Most apps allow one paying member to send messages to someone else, even a non-paying member, and therefore two-way communication. But this app requires sender and receiver to both pay in order to see, and send/reply to messages. The app also has fake profiles that appear to show you interest in order to get you to pay for a membership.

Do not waste your money on this app. I upgraded to the paid version, but it immediately locks me out and demands another upgrade just to chat or message anyone. To make matters worse, there is no customer support and no way to request a refund. I regret not reading the reviews first—it’s clear from other users that this is a widespread issue with the paid tier. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this developer completely. 🤬😡
