Don't purchase this devise. They simply cheating us. Frist asking to pay ₹295 for Rd Service after that again asking ₹295 for firmware update. I had paid ₹295 + ₹295 = total ₹590. But still the application getting closed. Customer support is most worst. No one responds. I had lost my money and time.

RD service is not working in my galaxy m20. I have taken the device today itself and paid for 1 year but of no use as when I put my finger to scan the device stop working. Need to be rectified the issue.

I renued the SecuGen scanner device for one year , but whenever I try to use the device for scan it shows application not installed, download it from Play store , though I installed it twice, bout no resolution came.
