Lots of settings don't work (setting alarm times for one) I use i-spy app on my laptop for another camera. Secueye does not work with it, IP address isn't found although it showing in my hub. Recordings and photographs don't show up in the album for ages if at all or won't play on another device when downloaded. Beautifully clear picture though.

All ok, but alarm edit option access should be all & give photos download access.

This app was working until 11/24/24 then it said cam offline. Nothing else was offline. After doing all tech support steps it finally said to reinstall the app, so I did. Now my Cam says "scanned successfully" and "WiFi connected successfully" however the "Connect Device Screen" on the App shows 100 BUT it does not have the okay button therefore it just sits on that screen. If I go back to the main screen the camera is not there... What good is a camera without they App?? It WAS working.
