With the PAIO app, retailers enable their customers to easily pay with secupay vouchers and loyalty cards – regardless of the POS system.

Load and redeem vouchers and prepaid cards

With the app, you can load analog and digital vouchers and prepaid cards directly at the POS, in flexible, customer-specific amounts. The current (remaining) balance of the card can also be checked via the app. Payment with the voucher or prepaid card can be made in installments within the app.

Collect and redeem bonuses with your loyalty card

Scan your customers' loyalty cards while paying – enabling them to collect bonus points or loyalty bonuses that can be redeemed on their next purchase. The thresholds for bonus top-ups and the predefined bonus amount are automatically recognized by the app via the card number and processed accordingly.

All transactions are carried out according to the highest security standards and tracked in real time.

How to scan secupay cards with the PAIO app

For top-up and redemption, the customer's card must be scanned:

By simply scanning the voucher barcode using the device camera,
via near-field communication (NFC) between the card and the app,
by scanning the magnetic stripe,
or by manually entering the 16-digit voucher number.

Requirements for using the PAIO app:

An Android-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, or card reader)
A contract with secupay AG, secucard GmbH, or hp.weber GmbH & Co. POS-cash KG for the use of the customer loyalty product "secucard"
A customer login to use the app
