About this app

xPrufy helps you securely capture, organize, verify, and preserve photo, video, and audio evidence on your Android device. Every capture includes cryptographic hashes, signed metadata, and timestamping support to help protect the integrity of your records. Back up, restore, verify, and export your evidence while keeping full control of your data.

Your evidence stays in the app's private storage. No account is required. We do not operate servers that receive your media. Nothing is uploaded automatically—you control backups, exports, and sharing.

NETWORK TIMESTAMPING & TIME VERIFICATION

During capture, xPrufy can create timestamp information when network services are available. Only cryptographic digests (hashes) are transmitted to timestamp services—never your photos, videos, or audio recordings.

Supported technologies include:

• OpenTimestamps (Bitcoin-based timestamp anchoring)
• RFC 3161 timestamp authorities
• Network time verification using NTP with HTTPS Date fallback

No advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash-reporting trackers are included.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
• Panic Wipe to securely remove app data
• Platform secure storage for cryptographic keys
• On-device storage encryption for app data where supported
• You decide what leaves your device through backup, export, or Android's share sheet

• Users must be 18 years of age or older.
• Blockchain-based timestamps publish only cryptographic hash fingerprints to public networks—never your media. Published hash fingerprints cannot be removed after confirmation.
