KTBB – 97.5 FM and 600 AM – is East Texas’ only local news radio. Because KTBB is the only locally-owned, locally-managed and locally-committed broadcast station in the Tyler-Longview market, East Texans know to count on KTBB for what’s in the news and what’s on their minds. KTBB combines its local news and air staff with the top syndicated radio talk shows in the country.

If you deny access to your location the app won't work it was a good app until they started trying to track everybody. Uninstalled after repeated attempts to get it to work. You don't need my devices location. Your audience just got a little smaller.

Thanks to Paul Gleiser and team KTBB for the Android app, it has come in clutch when I can't listen on AM/FM! However, there are several bugs/deficiencies: 1) notification widget updates too often, recreating itself, causing notification tray jiggle, thus errant notification swipes, presses, etc. 2) pausing the app, then removing my earbud causes the app to unpause. 🤔 3) Pause/unpause is inadequate - I switch between app & radio, so I need synchronization. A [ Resume Live] button is needed.

Unable to close the app without going in to Application Settings and doing a "force stop"...otherwise it runs constantly after opened. Should be an easy fix for ktbb. I've emailed them about it in the past (no response). Probably won't fix it because it somehow creates more traffic on their app....even when you aren't listening. Have it fixed Paul
