This app doesn't connect to my verified working wifi. Currently showing all doors open when actually closed, the panel is working fine, but cannot arm the system with app. I have re-installed several times, turned data off and back on. Keeps giving the message " please check the power and network connection." Really ridiculous and frustrating.

Worst app ever. Keeps going offline. Called tech support. They said it was because Verizon wasn't connected to the panel. I checked the panel and I have full bars. Tech support doesn't know their head from their a@@ about the system. They sent me a new panel to replace the 3g one I had which was much better than the new one. Really hate their whole setup from the app to the panel. I will have to wait until my contract expires and will not renew with them.

Gets the job done, nothing more. Works well on my galaxy devices. Notifications on arming and disarming aswell as alarming triggers always come in form of email with a delayed notification of about 2 minutes. Getting an app notification or a text would have been preferred. Biggest let down is the inability to connect with smart home devices. Hopefully future integration with google assistant is in the works. No real complaints the system does as advertiser and works reliably. Just nitpicking
