System Cove would not work at all. After several tech support tries, they sent me their new “upgraded” system. I was never able to activate the system. However, I discovered that I have been paying for monthly billing for over 1.5 years on a system that has never been activated. (partially our fault since we did have another Cove system for our business – didn’t notice that we were getting billed twice until it was too late). Cove said sorry and kept the $$ - CANCELLED!

App no longer functions, my cameras can no longer be viewed, deleted, or reconnected in the app. When I was able to view them the delay was way too long, you can't access your doorbell cameras from the Cove app, you have to use a seperate app for any doorbell or outdoors cameras that come with your Cove package, they don't tell you that when you buy them, and Alexa can never connect to my system to show who's at my door. At this point I'm ready to switch over to Vivant.

This worked ok when it used the CoveSmart app for its cameras. But out of nowhere cameras wouldn't connect and turns out they no longer support them and you have to get the Kami app which is absolutely HORRIBLE. Ads you can't get passed. No chance you can see your video feed in an emergency. The only solution is to pay a second subscription to Kami (so you're paying for two subscriptions, Cove and Kami) or buy new cameras from Cove. Boo!
