I found this app after the previous version quit working. That version was basically abandoned. So, for the past two months, this one has worked regarding basic functions of my system. Now, it suddenly won't allow me to even access the app. It just keeps saying, "Oops, there's an error." I have no ability to use the app now at all.

Very inconsistent in opening. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.

We did not receive a manual for the panel. I'm not sure what it all can do
