The app was fine once I actually started using it. It worked well for a few weeks. About a week ago it was at low battery, so I plugged it in. The app still shows the device having a low battery and it won't update the location. It shows the location from 5 days ago. I don't know if the app needs an update or what but this device I'm paying for is basically useless right now.

This app & device suck. Once the vehicle is started & in motion, the tracker takes about 10 minutes to locate the vehicle. Then it takes another 5 to 8 minutes to locate again. By then, my vehicle will be long gone if ever stolen. All around thumbs down.

Would give a solid ZERO stars if possible. Yeah, terrible app interface. Cannot control notifications nor does it locate device correctly. Will be canceling this service ASAP.
