HRMS Revenue – Water & Sanitation Billing is a powerful and easy-to-use mobile application designed specifically for Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) to streamline the process of water and sanitation revenue collection.
Built under the Honey Resources Management System (HRMS), this app brings transparency, accountability, and efficiency to local government billing operations.
Key Features:
Water & Sanitation Billing Simplified Easily generate and manage water and sanitation bills for each household or consumer within a village or ward.
Consumer & Village Data Management Admins can upload and manage consumer data, village-wise details, and billing records through a secure dashboard.
Admin Approval System Every bill and update goes through a one-tap admin approval process, ensuring proper oversight and error-free processing.
Village Recharge System Each village operates on a prepaid recharge system. Admins or authorities recharge a village’s balance. Once the recharge is exhausted, the Bill Collector cannot generate new bills for that village until it is recharged again — ensuring budget control and accountability.
Bill Collector Access Field collectors can log in using their registered mobile numbers to view assigned bills, mark collections, and generate receipts on the go.
Role-Based Secure Login Separate login systems for Admins and Bill Collectors ensure secure and role-specific access.
Optimized for Local Governance Tailored to meet the needs of local self-governing bodies such as Gram Panchayats, Nagar Panchayats, and Municipal Councils.
Powered by HRMS Developed as part of the Honey Resources Management System, the app ensures a reliable backend, smooth performance, and real-time syncing.
