Security 24 Dealer Plus is the new application created by Security 24 thinking about the daily activity of its distributors and work team.
The purpose of this application is to expedite the task to optimize the times, professionalize the work to hierarchize the image and retain customers with the service offered.
WHAT TOOLS DOES THIS APPLICATION OFFER AND WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH IT?
✔ DASHBOARD
It is a dashboard or main panel that allows a quick visualization of the information and offers the possibility of a quick search through the name, address or account number. On the board are reminders of test failures, battery dates, services, test accounts and notifications.
✔ DIFFERENT TYPES OF USERS
For a better organization and control of the work this new application allows the creation of three types of users with different permissions. The traditional user is the technician who is doing the work and can manage the account (s) he is attending, the master user is the one who can create new users and grant specific permissions to each of them, in addition to verifying all the accounts in the that is working and the eventual or temporary user who has the powers of the master user but for a certain period of time.
✔ SUBSCRIBER INFO
You will have at your disposal the main data of your accounts, lists of notifications, zones, contracted services, frequency of test control and the requested technical services.
✔ TEST ACCOUNTS
Through the application you can put and remove an account in test without calling the monitoring station. It will have three time options (30, 60 and 120 minutes) and the possibility of extending the period if necessary when the application warns that the time is close to being fulfilled. When the technician decides to end the test period, he can inform the status of the account in a very quick and easy way through 3 options: time setting, battery replacement and equipment without failures.
✔ ONLINE REPORTS
The technician who is positioned within an account will be able to see in real time the reports that the system makes, even if the account is within the test period.
✔ REPORT HISTORY
In an agile and clear way you will have on hand the history of account reports. In the event that the report has needed the attention of an operator, you can also see the associated note.
✔ REGISTRATION ON WEB AND APPLICATIONS
With the new Security24 Dealer Plus application, the technician can register the subscriber on the website (www.security24.com.ar) and in the exclusive applications for Security24 User and BackMe App subscribers.
