Ratings and reviews

Functionality is very limited and what they do allow has limits. IE. You can't transfer more than 50,000php at a time and can't do more than 100,000php in a day. Even though they tell you to call to increase those limits, they won't. Can't order checks thru the app, you have to fight traffic to get to the branch where you opened the account and then fight traffic again to go pick them up. Can't order foreign currency thru the app. Calling customer service is a maddening experience.

I used to like this app a lot - very convenient and easy to use. But with the recent updates, I always encounter trouble logging in. I get logged out of the app in the midst of doing a transaction, and overview of my accounts do not show up immediately after signing in unlike before! A lot of issues need to be addressed.

Honestly, I was already happy for the first few months after I created an account. But after the app has been updated, it did not look good. The necessary information needed by any customer has been nowhere to be found (i.e. credit limit balance, payment due, etc). It has been inconvenient to keep sending e-mail re: what the app does not reflect, plus their customer service line is always busy. We are hoping that you can fix your app's features. Make it a real-time app.
