APP is not opening most of the time even if you have Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Have tried to unistall and re-install it and same issue persist. All other apps on my phone that uses data connection works fine, so its really this Security Bank Mobile App that has issues with it. We deserve better so please make this app work!
I hope you could add lock features on the card, so it would be safer banking with you guys. And also if you could add more alerts like we can receive otp with every online transaction. Since your card is also advance that we can't opt out to receive a card without a visa logo. Using your card is highly risky since the app doesn't have lock features. Mabuti sana kung ibalik ang pera kung nagka fraud sa account. And also if you can add request options like request a card or cancel a card sa app so we don't have to step in a branch for these requests.
Do we really deserve better? We need a working app that we can access everywhere. Not this one that I can't even login most of the time. Do I really need to keep using my computer just to open my online account. I hate the hassle. Please do something if you think we really deserve the best.

So slow. My wifi had enough speed and it takes 2 minutes or longer just to login my credentials.
Fingerprint Support Please work for FP log in. Yiu keep on promoting on touch id which obly works with iphones but no FP support for androids. Please work for it otherwise not recommendable.. Thanks
