"New Improved" sucks worse than the original. It logs you out while you're still working in it saying logged out for your safety during inactivity. Can no longer pay bills to vendors that were available before. No way to see favorites for bill pay or transfers even after you add one Any favorites you had are not accessible in the app Ssssllllloooooowwwwwwww very bad implementation

Worst banking app ever. It kept on lagging and showed a lot of errors when using the app especially in sending money for emergency purposes. It is not reliable when you need it the most. It actually transferred twice the amount of money I supposed to send because the app did not send a confirmation message that the first attempt I made was successful. It is so frustrating! Hopefully they could fix the bugs and issues customers' experience in their app.

The worst banking app I've used so far. So buggy. One example, for the past month my transaction history shows only debits, no credits. Or on the transaction page it says 0.00 transaction fee but it will actually be deducted later on. Very counterintuitive. And even if you've already filtered on a specific date range to view transactions it still shows transactions outside of the date range amd worse, it isn't even in chronological order. Absolutely the worst online banking experience bar none.
