To use the Security Federal Bank App app, you must be enrolled as a Security Federal Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Sometimes the processing of the deposit lags for a long period of time before completing the process. The process appears to go through a third party and I can not view the changes to my account until a later date. I do receive a email notification of the initial deposit, which us better than nothing. My suggestion is to at least show pending in the affected account and fix the lag.

I downloaded the 'update' and now I can't log in. I've also had several issues with depositing money orders, they show as deposited and then the money dissappears without any notice from the bank or app. This same issue led to fees at my expense that the app managers refused to refund and insisted I had to go into my local branch. I can't even log in to try to get to customer support. SFB is a great bank, but their app is garbage.

I do not like it. I cannot get into my account half of the time. It will ask for update and never fully load. Keeps going in circles saying it is "Waiting for download," For awhile it worked okay, now I am experiencing the same problem again. Can not keep up with my transaction/balance during this time of year. Not dependable!!!!!! Wonder if bank is doing this. If so, there should be something done. I a tired of having to go to the ATM to get my balance.
