THIS APP SUCKS¡!!!!!!!!!!! Try to use this app to pay my bill and I STILL have to call the office to pay it. The app keeps asking me to verify my information before it will send and after second fail I have to call my bank. This doesn't hapoent with any other site I pay with my card online as long as numbers are put in correctly. I'll just call my payment in from now on even though I was trying to make it easier for the employees and myself because they are so busy on the 3rd of every month.

I used this app for the 1st four payment and now it's time for me to make a payment the app wouldn't let me login. I have tried resetting my password and still no luck. I contacted the local branch but the only thing they could do was accept the payment over the phone but couldn't reset it. That's not helping me when the app was very convenient for me. I really don't have time to call in everytime a payment is due.

I like using the Security Finance app because it saves me time when I can't go in person. I just add my information and submit it and it's paid. Or if you prefer you can go to the office where the employees will help you out when giving a payment or renewing your loan. I highly recommend using this app when your in a rush and can't give your payment.
