I'm not sure what or exactly when something changed with the app but it was working fine & would've been a 5-star review but then it suddenly refused to open. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling multiple times over the last week but it will not open at all. Thanks tech people for screwing everything up...now I can't pay over my phone anymore! :(

Trying to log in and doesn't allow the phone to insert saved account & password prior to automatically submitting. It keeps kicking me back out to the log in page. The main company & local office is great! (Fond du Lac, Wisconsin)

For the last 3 - 4+ months, I have had to reset my password multiple times in a single month and it's is absolutely ridiculous!! If I had the time to go to my local branch to make payments in person I would. However I rely on the convenience of this app which has swiftly become a pain in the posterior to deal with.
