Logs out every time I attempt to download a document. Pretty much useless as is. Can not review documents, invoices, etc. In other words, I have no idea what I'm paying for!
When this app works it's very good. However, I have continual problems logging in. I get an error message saying wrong username or password then use the same credentials to log in the Web site without issue. I need to clear all cookies and data for the app and then I can log in. Once. I have to clear data every time in order to use the app. Bug or feature?

You would think as much as they jack the premiums up each year and the coverage goes down that they would At least take some of their vacation money that we give them an update their website and app instead of making the customer spend 30 minutes running around in their maze for that customer payment button, including the quick pay button, that tells us payment sent and recieved in the pocket, only to receive some type of signal in return saying "sorry, we need more"
