Keep your tools and equipment organized with Kitrivio.

YOUR INVENTORY IN ONE PLACE
Record items, quantities, photos and documents. Group equipment into sets, organize storage locations and keep a history of movements. Find what you need with search, barcodes and QR codes.

LOANS AND MAINTENANCE
Keep local contacts, document handovers and returns, and plan maintenance. Optional drawn confirmations record a handover or return; they are not qualified electronic signatures.

REPORTS AND BACKUPS
Create reports and share or save them as PDF using the system share menu. Complete backups include your database and app-owned attachments, with checksums and validation before restore. Backups are not encrypted: protect their storage and any copies you share.

LOCAL-FIRST
Your inventory works offline without a Kitrivio account or cloud synchronization. Optional Firebase analytics and crash reporting require your explicit consent. Android barcode scanning uses Google ML Kit, which separately processes technical device, installation, usage and performance information; the Firebase switch does not control this SDK processing. Camera images and recognized barcode contents stay on your device.

Free supports up to 25 active inventory items. Kitrivio Plus removes this active-item limit through an annual subscription. Existing data and core features remain accessible on Free. Available subscription terms and localized prices are shown by Google Play before purchase.
