The Emergency APP of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat is a free mobile application for communication with the 911 Emergency and Immediate Response Center in risk situations that require immediate assistance, which can be used by residents and visitors of Cd juarez.
The APP is the mobile application that addresses medical, fire and public safety emergency situations; all of this in the geographic region of Ciudad Juárez, through which the population that lives and transits through this city can report an emergency situation from their cell phone, favoring better care by minimizing response times, since The operator automatically obtains the location and data previously recorded when installing the Mobile APP to support the required assistance.
Citizens can directly request emergency services attended by the different corporations, such as medical emergencies for assistance through ambulances, fires attended by the H.C. Municipal Civil Protection firefighters or risk situations attended by patrols of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat.
The communication will be with CERI 911 personnel of the SSPM who can efficiently send the attention units to the reported location.
The APP has 3 alert buttons (Public Security, Ambulance and Fire) that send an alert if you are in danger.
- Operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- In case of contingency, the SSPM will send you an alert message.
