No stars in as much that is exactly what the app since last update on Aug 25, is doing. On 1 September the app. Has been freezing on the sign in page. By freeze I mean it is frozen at sign in, no action is responsive. None not page back,any thing I have to force it to home page to even close the app. I have contacted customer service ,had a ticket for a problem made. Talked with the I/T section. For 22 days to receive nothing but we find nothing wrong contact your cellphone provider. I have .

The app freezes when I open it and either won't respond or crashes and closes. Been this way off and on for a couple weeks but today I can't get on at all. The instant balance button also won't respond and if you can get it to show you your balance it immediately closes.

Needs updated for newly released phones. Got Galaxy s22 and the app is not compatible, logging in on my phone browser triggered a new security thing. Which is fine, once. But doesn't remember my device and has forgotten all my other remembered devices requiring a phone call every single time I want to log in from anywhere.
