Mobile banking is always down. I've not been able to access it for 4 months now. Constantly asking to reset password and when I do. I never ever get the email to reset it. I call the number we get it fixed and not even one day later. Im back to jot being able to access it again. Even there main website you can't access. I am completely fed up with it and looking into moving to another bank. Its frustrating. Besides that. Great bank and very friendly and amazing staff.

Easy to use. Very secure and functional. Update: after several years of use this app has only improved. It is very easy to keep track of my accounts and loans, to make extra payments, transfer funds between accounts when needed and to deposit checks remotely while I'm traveling if needed. Thank you Security State Bank!

it does not want to keep my user id without constantly reinstalling the app. I don't like the run down of the expenses - not really clear. It also keeps kicking out my fast balances so I have to go back in the app and turn it back on. I don't feel this app is very user friendly. It also takes a long time to respond to an action.
