Ratings and reviews

Overall the functionality is pretty good. For some reason reviewing archived video seems bugged. I can only over get 3 out of the last 7 days to show up. Tried on two different phones. Works fine on the computer. Other than that this is a decent sidekick. Adding more functionality from the web experience would be a plus in my opinion.

Current Android version has a sign in bug. The app prompts the user to request a SMS one time login code, yet when the code is requested it overrides the request and informs the user that a password is already set. There is no work around. The app is not functional for Galaxy s24 ultra running the most current version of Android.

A recent update has broken the Android version. I attempt to log in with my email, it asks for me to enter a code sent to my phone. I request a code, it says I already have a password. The issue is, there isn't any way past the phone code entry. I have asked for access to Axon support over a week ago but I haven't received approval. Galaxy S22, One UI 6.1, Android 14.
