Lightning By Sedgwick is a proprietary App for its adjusters to use while in the field handling losses. It allows its adjusters, both colleagues and independent contractors, to view and capture key data points from their phone. Then transmit those captured data points back and forth to its claims management system. This allows for quicker and more efficient transfer of data to Sedgwick’s clients so they can make quicker and faster decisions for their customers and policyholders, improving the entire claims experience for all members of the broader property claims ecosystem.
