About this app

Forgeboard is the mobile companion to your Forgeboard workspace. It keeps the sprint, the backlog and the conversation with you when you are away from the desk, so a decision does not wait until somebody gets back to it.

YOUR WORK, WITHOUT THE HUNT
Open the app and see what is assigned to you, what is blocked, what is unassigned and what is overdue. Search every issue your permissions allow, filter to the slice you care about, and save the views you keep coming back to. Epics, stories, tasks and bugs all behave the way your workspace configured them, because statuses, priorities and issue types are read from your own settings rather than guessed at.

THE SPRINT BOARD THAT FITS A PHONE
One column at a time, in your workflow's own order, because five columns on a handset is five unreadable strips. Move an issue along, change its estimate, pull something from the backlog into the active sprint with a swipe, and see how many points are left and how many days are in it. Close out a sprint and move what did not land into the next one.

PLAN AND SHIP
Roadmap shows your sprints and releases as one dated list, month by month, the same two things the web reads. Open a release to see its notes grouped by what is done and what is still outstanding, and how far through it you are. Track objectives and key results, and nudge progress without opening a laptop.

THE DETAIL WHERE YOU NEED IT
Work through checklists on an issue, log time against it, set points, move it between sprints, and attach a screenshot straight from the camera. Comment with a mention when you need somebody specific, and reply in a thread when the discussion deserves its own space.

TALK TO YOUR TEAM
Channels with unread counts, threads, mentions and reactions. Join a public channel yourself, catch up on what happened overnight, and answer without switching apps.

NOTIFICATIONS YOU CAN ACT ON
A review request lets you say it looks good or needs work from the notification itself. An assignment lets you start it or hand it back. Reply to a comment without opening the app, when a sentence is all it needs.

STAYS USEFUL WHEN THE SIGNAL DOES NOT
Everything you have looked at recently stays readable offline. A clear banner tells you when the app cannot reach the server, so a blank screen is never mistaken for an empty backlog, and the app catches up when you are back on a connection.

BUILT FOR TEAMS WITH SOMETHING TO PROTECT
Unlock with Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint. Sign out any device from anywhere. Two-factor authentication is supported at sign-in. Every security-relevant action is written to an audit log your administrators can read. All traffic is encrypted in transit.

YOU WILL NEED AN ACCOUNT
Forgeboard is a workplace tool. You need a Forgeboard workspace and an account in it, created by your organisation, before you can sign in. There is no personal or guest mode, and the app is not useful without a workspace behind it.
