This is a daily "seed" practice.
It's built on the system described in *When a Monk Meets a Diamond* and *Karma Management*: everything you experience comes from the seeds you planted in the past. If you want something, give it away first—if you want wealth, be generous first; if you want to be understood, understand others first.
This app doesn't practice for you; it only does one thing: it applies this practice to every day, and asks you questions based on the goal you wrote down.
■ First, spend ten minutes clarifying your goal.
Choose a direction, write down the change you want in one sentence, and then answer a few questions: What will it be like on that day? What's blocking my way? Who's around me?
Do this step only once. Every subsequent daily prompt, question, and reminder is generated based on your own answers—not a universally applicable platitude.
■ Six-Hour Book: Six times a day, one entry for each.
The paper-based Six-Hour Book is divided into six sections per day; record what you planted in each section. The same applies here: A reminder will appear at the designated time; open the checklist to find the relevant section and complete the record within four steps—distinguish between good and bad seeds,
write a sentence, and plant it.
Can't remember what you did? Check the self-assessment checklist, and the corresponding sentence will be written for you.
■ More than just recording, there are several specific methods:
· Four Powers—How to uproot a bad seed: Reliance, Overcoming Evil, Protection, and Countermeasure—complete in four steps.
· Four-Step Pact—Find someone who wants the same thing and agree to help each other.
· Coffee Meditation—Ten minutes before bed to review what you planted that day.
· Gratitude Check—Write a check to someone who has helped you, clearly stating what they gave you.
· Yoga—While practicing, keep someone in your mind; each movement plants a seed.
■ Visible Progress
A weekly planting and harvest ledger, one side showing what you planted, the other showing what blossomed—placed side by side, without automatically connecting cause and effect.
There's also a garden, student records, and profiles: it's clear who planted which seeds and how many.
■ Things You Don't Have Here
No missed check-ins, no leaderboards, no "You haven't been here for three days" messages.
Minus signs aren't red—honestly recording what you didn't do well is part of the homework and shouldn't be shamed.
■ Your Records Are on Your Own Phone
No account, no registration. Goals, records, and people are all stored locally; your writing is encrypted.
No statistics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs.
When you want to leave, "Logout and Clear All Data" is a true physical deletion.
