Even giving 1 star is too much for this app. It is just a -100 for me. I subscribed for free trail. Without my knowledge I subscribed to the subscription? And it automatically cut ₹199 and on top of that it was ready for autopay for another ₹199 without my knowledge. If I wouldn't have checked it would have happened again. What is wrong with this app? And I am not eligible for any refund? Just wow!!

Dear user, we apologize for the confusion 🙏. ₹1 is for the 7-day trial, and ₹199 auto-pay is set up during that time. The auto-pay charges after the trial ends, but can be cancelled anytime through the app or payment app. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us via Help section 😊.

> Very bad experience. The app started automatic deductions from my bank account without clear permission. Subscription and auto-pay information is not transparent at all. Even after trying to cancel, money got deducted. This feels misleading and unsafe. I do NOT recommend this app.

The Seekho app deducted ₹199/month (Oct-Dec) from my mother’s account without her knowledge for three months, even after the app was deleted. The in-app refund system is broken: when asking for older payments refund , it shows “none of your payments are eligible for refund 🙈,” even though they were deducted without consent ,& using that emoji is so unprofessional ! The app is disrespectful,and poorly designed.I didn'’t even want to give 1 star, but the app doesn’t allow posting without a rating
