Seen IRL

About this app

See who's nearby. Say hello in real life.

Seen IRL helps you notice the people already around you and gives you a simple way to start a conversation.

SEE PEOPLE NEARBY
Discover other visible Seen IRL users around you. Open a profile, find something in common, and say hi while you're nearby.

GIVE SOMEONE A REASON TO SAY HELLO
Share a little about yourself with your profile, interests, photos, and a short status. Let people know what you're up to or what you'd like to talk about.

KEEP THE CONVERSATION GOING
When you've both exchanged messages, you can send a connection request. Once accepted, you're friends and can keep chatting even when you're no longer nearby.

CHOOSE WHAT YOU SHARE
Control your Nearby visibility and choose which profile details people nearby or friends can see. You can also keep individual details private.

TOOLS FOR RESPECTFUL CONNECTIONS
Block or report users from the app. Automated screening helps check profile text and shared photos, alongside reporting and moderation tools.

Nearby discovery uses Bluetooth. Keep Bluetooth enabled and Seen IRL open for the best discovery experience. An internet connection is required. The people you see depend on who else is nearby and visible on Seen IRL.

For ages 16 and up.
