About this app

Seertech's Mobile Operational Assessment App is a supplementary product to the 'Seertech Learning' Learning Management System.
The App supports the following scenarios in the field, with or without internet connectivity:
Operation Assessors (or any Admin role with access to the Completions - Operational Assessment module) can conduct and complete Operational Assessments.
Instructors of Classrooms that have Operational Assessments and Graded Tests linked to them, can also conduct and complete Operational Assessments as per the Operation Assessor role.
Specific to Operational Assessments, the App allows writable PDF Forms to be completed within the App by the Operation Assessors or Instructors, including the collection of digital signatures. The App is integrated with the camera to allow the attachment of videos or photos as evidence for each Operational Assessment completion record.
Using writable PDF forms to capture the data, means the App can replace existing manual PDF-form-based processes, without excessive process change or the requirement to rebuild the existing paper-based forms in a custom online format.
The App works offline or online, and will allow the synchronisation of Operational Assessment completion records including the completed PDF form and associated evidence, to Seertech Learning whenever the device has internet connectivity.
