I've bought tickets on See three times now, a process which requires you to make and have an account, yet whenever I try to log into the app with the email I always use to buy tickets it tells me there's no account linked to that email. I have no problem signing into my account online, it's only the app that pretends I don't have an account. Maybe the rest of the app is better, but I can't get past the second prompt, so I wouldn't know.

Recently had to use this app for a last minute resale ticket to the first Oasis gig in Manchester for my Girlfriend, worked an absolute charm, no issues upon entering, it scanned just as any other ticket would. I was a little stressed leading up to the gig that I'd been done in, but I had multiple phone calls explaining how the ticket process would work and everything went exactly as planned! Can't speak for anyone else, but my experience was nothing but positive and smooth sailing!

Bought tickets for a gig. Expected to have an email with a link to the tickets or an attachment. Nope. They force you to download an unnecessary app for the privilege of accessing the tickets you bought and paid transaction fees for. Tried to access via their website via my account but even that isn't allowed. Plainly none of this is in the interests of the customer. It's simply forcing you to have even more apps on your phone, presumably to spam you with notifications. Poor stuff.
