Transparent Management is an online management software that acts as a bridge between apartment, site, residence, mass housing, shopping mall or integrated facility management and their residents. Just as flat owners have difficulty reaching the management and finding answers to their problems, fair managers also have difficulty explaining themselves and their honest management. Managers must ensure that timely, understandable and reliable information on financial situations, usage areas of dues received from individuals, expenditures made, and incoming invoices can be accessed online by flat owners. While Apartment / Site managements using Transparent Management announce the information they want to the flat owners with the user names they define, the flat owners will be able to see the information they want to know, management invoices, debit-receivable information and all other details requested in line with the decision of the board of directors, from this platform. Informational messages can be automatically sent to the relevant parties via SMS/email. Bank integrations via the platform will reduce administrations' bank registration process times by half.
