Segmob Prestador is the official app for service providers who install vehicle tracking devices. Developed to optimize fieldwork, the app allows you to manage the entire installation process practically and efficiently.
With Segmob Prestador, you can view and manage your service orders in real time, tracking the status of each installation and receiving notifications of new assigned orders. The app offers standardized checklists for each type of installation, ensuring that all steps are completed correctly with automatic validation of mandatory items.
During installation, you can take photos of all stages of the process, creating complete visual documentation of before, during, and after. Images are automatically compressed to save your mobile data.
The app allows you to validate the vehicle chassis via barcode or QR code, confirm installed devices, and run automated tracker communication tests. Upon completion, you collect the client's digital signature directly in the app, generating a legally valid receipt for the service provided.

With automatic PDF receipt generation, you can send the document to the client via email or WhatsApp and maintain a complete history of all installations performed.

Segmob Prestador was developed to work even without an internet connection. All information is saved locally and automatically synchronized when the connection is restored, making it ideal for working in locations with weak or unstable signal.
