was great until i had to wait on my new CC to come in and change billing. my subscription ended, and once it ends it's impossible to update your billing info on the website and on the phone. i was really enjoying the service until now. it is also impossible to reach support.

Swiss law may be private, but this app is NOT private if your phone is compromised. I have had so many issues with this app. It is incredibly slow for any type of 2FA codes, so much so that your login will time out. Time out enough times, and then you're locked out. The only help that's worth getting from support is if you need a new password. The aliases are useful, but that's the only benefit. This service has been a disappointment.
